- M.M. Judy Hogg LL.B. (Melb) M.A.I.C.D. has practised family law since 1975. She has held appointments to the Social Security Appeals Tribunal and the Equal Opportunity Board. The third edition of her book, Splitting Up, will be published in July 2007.
Judy Hogg is a member of the Expert Lawyers Panel of Relationships Australia, the Medico Legal Society, an Associate with the Fitzroy Legal Service, an instructor at the Leo Cussen Institute for Continuing Legal Education, a Board member of the Peter MacCallum Cancer Institute and a member of the Collaborative Law Practice Group of the Law Institute of Victoria.

- Janet Reid B.A. (Hons), LL.B. (Melb), Dip Slav. Studs (Oxon) practices family and de facto law. For 10 years Janet was Treasurer of the Family Law and Psychology Association of Australasia. A member of the Expert Lawyers Panel of relationships Australia, the Medico Legal Society and the Collaborative Law Practice Group of the Law Institute of Victoria, Janet is also an instructor at the Leo Cussen Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Janet has held an appointment to the Social Security Appeals Tribunal and speaks Russian and Polish. Janet's early career included working as a lecturer in languages at the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.
